Host an Evening of Jewish Art

Host an Evening of Jewish Art with Artist Yitzchok Moully:

World renowned, contemporary Jewish artist Rabbi Yitzchok Moully is now available to share his work at benefits or fundraisers for your community center or Synagogue.

Why is Moully’s artwork and message so inspiring, personal and relevant in today’s modern world? What insight can we gain from his exhibits and presentations?

Raised by former hippies, Moully experienced a different and perhaps more colorful upbringing than most chassidim today.  Moully’s family journeyed from an alternative lifestyle amidst the Australian outback to ‘organized Judaism’ by way of New York and the Chabad movement. He graduated from the Rabbinical College of Australia and New Zealand, and the Rabbinical College of America. Moully is a self-taught artist whose works are inspired by the greats of the Pop Art movement; they reflect its energy in Jewish form. Moully’s artistic journey continues to evolve from Pop to ‘Post Pop’ to abstract in his quest to convey deep Jewish and Chasidic themes and significance.

His art is the means by which he creates a dialogue with others about the place of creativity in Jewish life, the joy and vibrancy in the Chassidic Jewish community. Standing side by side with his exhibits, Moully speaks in relation to his journey, the evolution of his artwork and the question he is often asked: What is a good Jewish Rabbi doing painting?

Moully endeavors to inspire your audience to find their own unique relationship with G-D and Judaism through recognizing their distinctive talents and gifts. The rabbi’s work is for sale as originals, enhanced giclees and/or limited edition prints, thereby making his pieces affordable at multiple price points.

How does it work?
